I just wanted to thank you for helping us out with the mini split issue. You guys went above and beyond…..as usual. Your team were so helpful and patient…..we can’t say enough good things about them.Please thank Craig for everything. We understand Eastwood had no obligation to do anything on this matter. It really is appreciated. We constantly tell people how wonderful your homes are and, most importantly, how outstanding the service is. That’s harder and harder to come by these days.

We have only great things to say about Eastwood Homes. They made building our first home a pain-free process. The Eastwood team provided excellent communication during the build allowing frequent visits, supporting with inquiries of selections/finishes, and everything in between. Their patience and experience is unmatched. One of our favorite parts of our Eastwood experience was their handover binder which is a comprehensive binder of everything that was used to build our house. It has proven to be very useful in helping our friends with their house selections and for warranty purposes. We are so thankful that we went with Eastwood to purchase our first home and look forward to working with the team again in the future.
